UNESCO Actions Groups for Women in Science - Enhance Female Role Models

As part of the UNESCO Call to Action “Closing the Gender Gap in Science”, launched last February, the UNESCO Women in Science team is delighted to invite you to the new UNESCO Actions Groups for Women in Science.
This Action Group will focus on Pillar 1 of the Call to Action - Enhancing the visibility of female role models to dismantle gender stereotypes and biases in science.
Date: Monday, 9 September 2024
Time: 2 – 4 pm (CEST, Paris time)
Format: Online event, conducted in English via Zoom

This working group will provide an excellent opportunity to share experiences and innovative ideas on how to advance gender equality in science, reflect on existing initiatives, and explore potential ways to collaborate and create new partnerships.
