One of the biggest difficulty leaders encounter at work is to set boundaries, especially for high achiever profiles. Because they are used to multi-task and work very fast, people naturally get to them to ask for more. Saying no is not an option neither for the leader or for the people who reach out to them as they often believe they are the only option available.

This interactive workshop will help you understand how the lack of boundaries create problems at work: problems for you, for others and for your organisation. We will demonstrate why it is critical for you to set the conditions that make your brain perform at its highest levels. And we will teach you how to create the most important leadership boundaries that set the stage for a better performance and well-being at work.

This 2-hour session will be conducted by coach Lara Quie.
