As women who work in science, you have developed essential hard and soft skills that have propelled you to where you stand today. You may believe that doing more of what has led you to your success will support your on-going expansion. But in fact, a counter intuitive truth is that the very qualities that explain your achievements are also at the same time what holds you back from greater accomplishments.

This interactive workshop builds on the “Authentic leadership signature” workshop. We will open your eyes on the challenges that come along with some of your core talents. We will teach you a simple multi-steps tool to transform the dark side of a quality into a possibility. A practice that you will commit to keep on sharing with a fellow so that you can support each other all along the journey.

This 2-hour session will be conducted by coach Lara Quie.
