This webinar will present how preferences and stereotypes influence career paths and gender gaps in different fields. Presented by Renée Adams, Professor of Finance at the Saïd Business School, Oxford University, and a specialist in governance and gender, the session will draw on a variety of data and concrete examples, highlighting new perspectives on these complex issues.
