Aiming to better understand the mechanisms influencing ambition in women and men, this webinar will be presented by Nathan Barrymore, Assistant Professor of Business, Government and Society at the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin, and Senior Fellow at the Wharton ESG Initiative. An expert in business strategies and their impacts, Prof. Barrymore will share findings from innovative online experiments and their implications for career paths.
